The organization is a registered Non-Profit Making with Board of Directors and Management Team. Its activities are not restricted, this means it can operate or involve in any other activities as approved by the Board of Directors and within the Constitution of the Republic of Malawi as long as the activities do not harm human nature.

Vision Statement

To deliver high impact, cost effective, culturally and legally acceptable, highly competent and sustainable capacity building programs to promote and safeguard lives of vulnerable community members especially youth, children, women, people with disability, key population, the elderly and chronically ill.
